Michael Kaeshammer on Tour!

German-born Michael Kaeshammer is a Canadian jazz & boogie-woogie pianist, vocalist, composer, arranger and producer. After studying classical piano for seven years in his German hometown Offenburg, 13-year- old Kaeshammer discovered boogie-woogie and stride piano. Within three years he was playing jazz & boogie-woogie in clubs, concerts and festivals all over Germany and other surrounding parts of Europe. Moving to BC as a teenager Kaeshammer quickly garnered the favour of audiences and reviewers alike for his highly entertaining shows and ever evolving approach to music.
Kaeshammer has attracted enthusiastic reviews, and was recently nominated for a Western Canadian Music Award. He has won previous WCMAs as Musician of the Year and Entertainer of the Year, while seven Juno Award nominations have netted him two wins.
